Services

We produce short-form video and provide 360° marketing consulting, as described on this site. Pricing is set out on the video page.

Purchases and cancellation

All purchases (single videos and packs of 10 or 20) are one-time payments, with no subscription. Production scope, timeline and any cancellation terms are confirmed in the brief before work begins.

Intellectual property

On full payment, the delivered videos and their rights are transferred to you. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Confidentiality

We keep your briefs, assets and brand information confidential.

Liability

Our services are provided with professional care. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.
